Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the acceptance test plan and associated test cases;
Coordinate functional, technical, security, performance and recovery tests as required by the project;
Track defects, fixes, rework and acceptance criteria;
Collaborate with technical teams and the client to schedule validations and evidence of compliance;
Prepare or coordinate user and administrator documentation, operations guides and runbooks;
Support preparation of training, knowledge transfer materials and production rollout;
Contribute to the overall quality of deliverables and to the transition to support;
Participate in stabilization phases and continuous improvement after go-live;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Systems Management or a related field, or equivalent experience;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, system validation or test coordination;
Experience with acceptance test plans, defect management and production readiness;
Good understanding of functional, technical and security testing in critical application environments;
Ability to produce clear, structured documentation useful for operations teams and end users;
Experience with tracking, defect management or validation coordination tools (an asset);
Strong rigor, organizational skills and attention to detail;
Good communication and coordination skills in French and/or English.
