About the role

  • QA Manager coordinating quality, acceptance testing, and documentation in a digital services firm since 2017. Focusing on project success and quality deliverables through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the acceptance test plan and associated test cases;
  • Coordinate functional, technical, security, performance and recovery tests as required by the project;
  • Track defects, fixes, rework and acceptance criteria;
  • Collaborate with technical teams and the client to schedule validations and evidence of compliance;
  • Prepare or coordinate user and administrator documentation, operations guides and runbooks;
  • Support preparation of training, knowledge transfer materials and production rollout;
  • Contribute to the overall quality of deliverables and to the transition to support;
  • Participate in stabilization phases and continuous improvement after go-live;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Systems Management or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, system validation or test coordination;
  • Experience with acceptance test plans, defect management and production readiness;
  • Good understanding of functional, technical and security testing in critical application environments;
  • Ability to produce clear, structured documentation useful for operations teams and end users;
  • Experience with tracking, defect management or validation coordination tools (an asset);
  • Strong rigor, organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and coordination skills in French and/or English.
