About the role
- Lead QA for a multi-phase Salesforce program, defining test frameworks and executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage defects, support UAT, and advance test automation and QA governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the QA strategy for the Salesforce program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and the implementation roadmap;
- Define, structure, and evolve test frameworks and deliverables to support a multi-phase Salesforce program;
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications;
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing;
- Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication among stakeholders;
- Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles in collaboration with business users to ensure readiness and successful implementation;
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of test automation to improve efficiency and scalability;
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and governance to ensure program-level implementation excellence.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance (QA) / software testing, including experience in Salesforce environments;
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management;
- Ability to work within larger program structures and contribute to cross-functional project delivery;
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, test management platforms, or automation frameworks;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder);
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Copado QA, etc.);
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum environments;
- French: Fluent
