• Design, estimate, code, test, document, and maintain components of a commercial on-premises enterprise software product
• Work in a C#/.NET and C++ codebase, contributing to new development and maintenance of existing product components
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across the project team
• Evaluate, introduce, and establish best practices for AI coding agents and agentic development workflows
