About the role

  • Human Resources Director shaping talent, leadership, and organizational capabilities for Teledyne’s advanced imaging technology business. Partnering with senior leaders across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Develop strategies to address critical skills gaps and future workforce needs
  • Use workforce analytics and talent insights to support business decisions
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness programs
  • Support organizational change initiatives and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with employment, labor, health and safety, and human rights requirements
  • Partner on compensation planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational structure decisions
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to execute key HR programs and initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading talent management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Employee relations, performance management, and employment law expertise
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in complex organizations
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial environments (advantage)
