About the role

  • Bilingual customer service specialist handling customer and dealer financing inquiries for Teleperformance Canada. Processing account, collections, legal documentation, and payment requests in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and mail required customer, collections, and legal correspondence and documentation
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers and dealers in English and French
  • Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, payments, outstanding balances, and financing matters
  • Provide payoff quotes, payment information, and account-servicing support
  • Maintain records and tracking of mailed collections and legal documentation
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents according to policies and requirements
  • Support collections activities, including customer correspondence, past-due account inquiries, payment arrangements, and account escalation
  • Investigate customer concerns and complaints and work toward timely resolutions
  • Complete documentation and account updates resulting from customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and dealer interactions
  • Follow policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service-level standards
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters to the appropriate team or management
  • Support Operations and Collections with administrative duties, projects, and workload as required

Requirements

  • French language speaking and writing is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • Previous customer service, collections, financial services, or account-servicing experience is preferred
  • Experience within banking, commercial finance, automotive finance, or equipment finance is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer, collections, and legal documentation
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential customer information professionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
