Requirements
3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering teams in reliability, operations, infrastructure, or similar roles
Deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong background in automation and infrastructure-as-code
Demonstrated experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and driving operational excellence initiatives
Understanding of AI/ML applications in operations
Experience in telecommunications, network operations, or large-scale distributed systems
Proficiency with monitoring, observability, and alerting platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Grafana, or similar tools)
Advanced knowledge of English is required
