About the role
- T-SQL Developer programming data transformations for TELUS Health’s Central Data Repository. Responsible for validating and adapting programming based on client feedback within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Program the data transformations necessary to meet client requirements based on provided data
- Proceed with the verification of these transformations with unit tests
- Adjust T-SQL programming according to feedback from various stakeholders
- Respect project deadlines and communicate any risks of delay
- Participate in the creation and execution of corrective scripts
- Assist and support clients and other implementation resources with data issues
- Provide technical support for internal resources (T-SQL extracts)
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team in reviewing control reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- Fluency in English and French (written and oral)
- Strong experience with the T-SQL language, Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio
- Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Excel
- Capable of communicating with technical and non-technical people
- Detailed oriented, Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, always keeps a positive attitude
