About the role

  • Bilingual Clinical Services Associate assisting Clinical Pharmacists in managing pharmacy benefit programs in Canada. Coordinating prior authorization workflows and maintaining program data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clinical pharmacists with their daily tasks related to managing drug lists and programs, including applying approved criteria and keeping program configurations up to date in internal systems
  • Manage and review prior authorization requests in accordance with service level agreements and client requirements
  • Maintain Express Scripts Canada’s medication database as well as product information and drug lists
  • Serve as a point of contact for other teams, including those responsible for drug benefit plan management, the medication database, and Customer Service
  • Compile, track, and maintain key performance indicators and operational reports as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
  • Pharmacy technician training is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with the clinical criteria applicable to the RAMQ drug formulary
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
