• Own brand identity and ensure consistent application across assigned brands
• Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines, documents, and assets
• Set creative direction for packaging, websites, logos, branding, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, advertisements, in-store point-of-sale, digital and social media, editorial content, photography, typography, copywriting, and artistic styling
• Oversee design projects from conception through delivery and review designers’ work for quality and deadlines
• Ensure marketing and promotional materials follow good design principles
• Partner with Brand and Creative teams to produce visual campaigns compliant with brand identity
• Lead, manage, motivate, and recruit Graphic Designers
• Prioritize and assign workloads to meet project deadlines
• Lead quality assurance reviews and set standards for brand output
• Source and work with vendors as needed
• Monitor industry, production, and graphic design trends
• Improve design workflows to reduce cost, rework, and asset-creation time
• Translate concepts against objectives and deliver on schedule
• Own prioritization and timelines across assigned brand projects
• Report to and partner with the Director of Design
