- Remote B2B Sales Representative converting cold email leads into high-ticket deals. Closing full-cycle sales for AI, SaaS, and digital-first businesses through outbound revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
- Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities
- Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability
- Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations
- Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations
- Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements
- Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
- Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1 hr/day)
- Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting
- Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance
Requirements
- 2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)
- Experience closing mid-to-high-ticket deals
- Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling
- Fluent English (a must-have)
- Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
- Ability to uncover real problems and identify red flags early
- Ability to handle pressure and reframe concerns effectively
- Commercial strength; understanding of business models, ROI, and executive communication
- Strong written and verbal communication
