About the role

  • Producer leading experiential and digital projects for Thinkingbox, an agency creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content work. Managing production, budgets, timelines, vendors, and live activations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production of integrated experiential and digital projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Develop and manage production plans, timelines, schedules, and project calendars
  • Translate creative ideas into clear and achievable production plans with Creative and Project Management teams
  • Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, fabricators, and external partners
  • Manage project deliverables, assets, approvals, and production workflows
  • Own day-to-day production communications and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Manage budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses
  • Identify production risks and develop solutions to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate experiential-project logistics, including vendors, locations, materials, equipment, and on-site requirements
  • Support and lead on-site production for installations, activations, and live experiences
  • Maintain communication across internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in production, ideally within an agency, experiential, digital, or creative production environment
  • Experience producing integrated projects from concept through delivery
  • Experience working across experiential and/or digital projects
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and resourceful when circumstances change
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
