• Provide product support directly to major mining customers
• Support product performance improvement and customer relationship strengthening
• Work at active mine sites, maintenance facilities and industrial locations
• Troubleshoot crawler undercarriage systems and components in field environments
• Convert field data into practical recommendations
• Prepare clear and professional technical reports
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
• Deliver technical training and presentations
• Perform inspections around large earthmoving machinery
• Support the development of ITM’s future undercarriage solutions
• Travel regularly to customer, distributor and remote mine-site locations
• Work rotational 14-on/14-off shifts, including extended 12-hour days when necessary
