• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within Eastern Canada
• Drive growth through distribution partners, dealers, retailers, and OEM accounts
• Execute company sales programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
• Conduct customer visits and business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges
• Provide product recommendations and business solutions aligned with customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsiveness
• Develop expertise in Titan’s specialty tire and wheel portfolio
• Educate customers on products, programs, and market opportunities
• Monitor competitive products, pricing, promotions, and market activity
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to sales and product management teams
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory performance reports
• Analyze sales trends, opportunities, and customer performance
• Manage territory expenses according to company guidelines
• Maintain account and opportunity information in CRM systems
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Assist with product launches, trade shows, customer events, and industry activities
• Communicate customer requirements and market opportunities to internal stakeholders

• Provide product support directly to major mining customers
• Support product performance improvement and customer relationship strengthening
• Work at active mine sites, maintenance facilities and industrial locations
• Troubleshoot crawler undercarriage systems and components in field environments
• Convert field data into practical recommendations
• Prepare clear and professional technical reports
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
• Deliver technical training and presentations
• Perform inspections around large earthmoving machinery
• Support the development of ITM’s future undercarriage solutions
• Travel regularly to customer, distributor and remote mine-site locations
• Work rotational 14-on/14-off shifts, including extended 12-hour days when necessary
