- Member of Business Application Solutions team providing technical expertise in enterprise solutions development. Involvement in system architecture, methodologies, standards, and policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and advice in the areas of initiation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions
- Conduct user interviews to determine detailed systems requirements
- Design and develop systems that comply with access and privacy legislation
- Develop systems interfaces between enterprise and departmental systems
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in Salesforce platform administration support
- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration
- Considerable experience implementing and supporting applications that are integrated with business solutions
- Knowledge of a variety of software packages including MS Office and SQL
