About the role

  • Member of Business Application Solutions team providing technical expertise in enterprise solutions development. Involvement in system architecture, methodologies, standards, and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and advice in the areas of initiation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions
  • Conduct user interviews to determine detailed systems requirements
  • Design and develop systems that comply with access and privacy legislation
  • Develop systems interfaces between enterprise and departmental systems

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce platform administration support
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration
  • Considerable experience implementing and supporting applications that are integrated with business solutions
  • Knowledge of a variety of software packages including MS Office and SQL
