About the role

Salesforce Developer required to design AI-driven automation solutions for Plusgrade. Collaborating across teams to leverage Salesforce for travel industry innovations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Agentforce solutions aligned with business and operational objectives
Build and optimize autonomous agent workflows, actions, topics, intents, and decision-making processes
Leverage Apex, Flow, APIs, Einstein AI, Copilot and Prompt Builder to enhance agent intelligence and automation
Integrate Agentforce across Salesforce clouds and with external systems
Deploy multi-channel agent interactions including chat, email, SMS and voice
Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance to ensure efficiency and user satisfaction
Maintain data governance, integrity, compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices
Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance frameworks and best practices for Agentforce solutions

More than 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on automation and integrations
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
Practical experience building or supporting Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or AI-driven Salesforce use cases
Experience with Prompt Builder and Data Cloud integration
Skills configuring topics, mapping intents, and analyzing agents
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in fast-paced, agile environments
Passion for hands-on development while building intelligent, scalable automation solutions
