About the role
- QA Analyst working with development teams to drive quality in Salesforce and cloud-native products. Engage with the Product team for insights, testing, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product team to validate requirements and product solutions
- Define test scenarios with the Development and Product teams
- Provide quality insights and direct testing alongside Development
- Manual and exploratory QA on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Create documentation of application changes, configuration, or known issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a QA role
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience in defining new QA processes
- Personable and empathetic
