About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager developing messaging, campaigns, and content for TrustArc’s data privacy management software. Leading launches, research, enablement, and demand-generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as chief product evangelist for the represented TrustArc product through internal and external promotion and enablement
  • Deliver messaging and positioning communicating the value of new and existing capabilities
  • Create content for product launches, positioning, sales materials, and demand-generation campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media, and blogs
  • Write and A/B test website messaging and positioning using a data-driven perspective
  • Project-manage and collaborate on product demo videos, including writing and developing video content
  • Develop solution-marketing website content and make technical content easy to understand
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales artifacts
  • Drive market analysis, competitor research, customer persona development, and value proposition creation
  • Educate sales and customer-facing teams on current product messaging
  • Outline and lead product marketing activities for product launches
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive customer adoption and help existing customers gain more value from software and services
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, privacy experts, and agencies to create full-funnel solution marketing content
  • Lead company research projects for thought-leadership content and insights
  • Write and edit engaging scripts for brands and products
  • Support lead-generation activities such as webinars and tradeshows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience writing a full range of content, including ebooks, blogs, demo videos, emails, and sales materials
  • Experience testing and optimizing content and CTAs to drive engagement
  • Proven experience developing compelling product narratives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm grasp of developing strategic product marketing campaigns
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and accurately distill them into digestible content for a wide range of audiences
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B is a plus
  • Experience in online privacy is nice-to-have but not necessary
