About the role

  • GTM Enablement Manager translating Apollo GraphQL’s developer platform into field-ready messaging, training, and launch materials. Building onboarding and AI-powered enablement programs that improve sales ramp and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own GTM enablement strategy end-to-end
  • Build role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs
  • Define field productivity baselines and leading indicators with RevOps
  • Track ramp time, certification engagement, time-to-first-value, and training effectiveness
  • Build a new-hire onboarding program from scratch
  • Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases
  • Turn product messaging into use-case narratives, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing materials
  • Translate engineering releases and technical concepts into language usable by non-technical AEs and CSMs
  • Deliver live training sessions, measure impact, and adjust programs
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation, mine Gong for field insights, and track customer positioning
  • Coach AEs and CSMs on AI workflows
  • Drive alignment and adoption across Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, and Field leadership
  • Report to the Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience building and delivering enablement programs
  • Technical fluency with the API layer and credible communication with engineers
  • Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus, but not required at expert level
  • Understanding of enterprise buyers evaluating infrastructure and developer tooling
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business-value language
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
  • Proven track record of live training delivery
  • Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ownership in ambiguous environments and experience building from scratch
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills
  • Practical, hands-on AI fluency
  • Ability to work from a single, stable location
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. indicated by E-Verify requirements
