About the role
- Full Stack Cloud Developer for Unicorne, working with AWS technologies in a flexible and innovative setting. Responsible for developing reusable components while collaborating with a passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Design testable, reusable front-end and back-end components
- Keep quality in mind while developing in systems where performance is critical
- Collaborate with the team to deliver the best possible solution using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices
- Work within an exciting web stack, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in web application development
- Frontend development experience with React
- Backend experience with Node.js using TypeScript
- Experience with AI on AWS is a strong asset
- Good knowledge of databases (relational or NoSQL)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and step outside your comfort zone
- Resourcefulness and strong communication skills with colleagues
- Desire to build high-quality products
- Asset: Experience developing cloud-native serverless applications (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS or equivalents on other cloud providers)
- Asset: Experience with hexagonal architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing
- Asset: AWS Developer Associate certification or equivalent
