- 10+ years in project monitoring and control; experience with large projects; strong stakeholder management; knowledge of PDLC, Agile, Hybrid; MS Office proficiency; hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint; excellent communication; strong time management; self-starter; ability to work with ambiguity. Nice to have: banking/financial institution experience, PMP certification.
