• Report to the Head of Marketing
• Set growth marketing and demand generation strategy to meet pipeline and revenue goals
• Own the pipeline number, channel mix, and quarterly plans
• Partner with sales on target accounts, handoffs, and follow-ups
• Partner with product marketing on messaging and launches
• Work with events to convert leads into pipeline
• Build and own a modern martech stack and experiment with automated outbound, signal-based campaigns, and ABX tactics
• Own paid search and paid social strategy, execution, budgets, and efficiency targets across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
• Run creative, audience, and offer experiments; scale effective approaches
• Own website conversion through landing pages, A/B tests, and improved visitor-to-demo paths
• Grow organic discovery through SEO, AEO, and GEO, including technical optimization, structured content, and measurement
• Use intent, engagement, and first-party data to trigger automated campaigns across ads, email, and outbound
• Design outbound sequences, build target lists, and work with SDRs/BDRs to generate meetings
• Create AI agents and workflows for account research, outbound, campaign production, and reporting
• Produce and distribute campaign assets across content, ads, email, landing pages, and social
• Help the marketing team adopt AI workflows and repurpose existing content across channels
