About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a key contributor in implementing high-value solutions for clients
- Facilitate daily communication between clients and the development team
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Lead meetings and working sessions
- Identify improvements and changes to processes, tools, and documentation
- Design and deliver features that meet business needs
- Prepare functional deliverables, including user stories, user guides, and mockups
- Collaborate with developers on solution design
- Represent the client throughout every stage of development
- Perform project management activities, including problem resolution, monitoring service-level indicators, and managing budgets and schedules
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- University degree
- Comfortable communicating in French, both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships
- Strong ability to gather requirements and facilitate meetings or working sessions
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and required changes
- Ability to prepare functional deliverables such as user stories, user guides, and mockups
- Ability to collaborate with developers on solution design
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and adaptability skills
- Understanding of software development concepts is an asset
- Project management skills are an asset
- Knowledge of Jira is an asset
