About the role

  • Conseiller au développement des affaires pour la plateforme technologique FortisIA, créant des connexions avec des organisations syndicales et développant un pipeline d'opportunités.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for union organizations
  • Every interaction you initiate will help raise awareness of a solution that addresses real challenges faced by the organizations we support
  • Your role is to create initial connections, spark interest, and open the door to high-quality conversations
  • By building a strong pipeline of opportunities, you will play a key role in FortisIA's growth
  • You will not be responsible for closing sales: your value lies in generating opportunities and building trust-based relationships
  • You keep your HubSpot clean and up to date
  • You work hand in hand with the team to refine our approach together

Requirements

  • Hold a DEC (college diploma) or equivalent post-secondary education in administration, marketing, communications, social sciences, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable with CRMs and prospecting tools
  • Sensitivity to union, community, or association environments: understand the realities of people involved in advocacy and adopt the right tone
  • Genuine curiosity about people and their needs
  • Enjoys human interaction and networking
