About the role
- Executive Operations Associate driving strategic initiatives for Valence’s AI-powered enterprise coaching platform. Partnering with leaders across operations, customer delivery, product, and applied AI.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority initiatives for company leaders
- Embed with one team and leader at a time in mission-based assignments
- Identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and unblock key objectives
- Support work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering/Prompting, Operations, and Product
- Create and implement project plans that identify gaps and solutions
- Aid cross-functional coordination and communication
- Develop models and plans to support cross-functional decision-making
- Establish footholds, create playbooks, and develop scalable growth strategies
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering to remove blockers and improve products
- Contribute to strategic storytelling and direct customer support
- Stand up pilot programs and manage early deployments
- Diagnose applied-AI problems and surface new opportunities
- Support board activities, metrics, and quarterly planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced B2B startup
- Ability to diagnose varied problems, break them down, and develop impactful solutions
- High-velocity execution skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style for internal and external audiences
- Comfort with data manipulation and visualization
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient
- Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment, and continuously learn
- Clear motivation for joining an early-stage team
- Comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones, including the UK
- Valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US
