• Drive high-priority initiatives for company leaders
• Embed with one team and leader at a time in mission-based assignments
• Identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and unblock key objectives
• Support work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering/Prompting, Operations, and Product
• Create and implement project plans that identify gaps and solutions
• Aid cross-functional coordination and communication
• Develop models and plans to support cross-functional decision-making
• Establish footholds, create playbooks, and develop scalable growth strategies
