About the role
- AI Enablement Lead building training, curriculum and metrics for Valtech’s AI-native digital experience consultancy. Enabling practitioners, new hires and teams through AI-native SDLC transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own the workforce transformation to an Experience-Led, AI-Native consultancy from a training and enablement standpoint
- Build the training strategy, curriculum and delivery mechanisms for AI-native awareness and fluency
- Define AI-native fluency and organizational measures of progress
- Create and evolve training content for the Experience-Led, AI-Native SDLC
- Design self-service, classroom-style and guided training modalities
- Create hands-on learning projects based on live proof points and engagements
- Define internal proficiency levels for AI-Native SDLC skills
- Run practitioner trainings and equip teams beginning AI-native engagements
- Coordinate the AI Transformation Office champion/practitioner network
- Align training with bench resources and new hires
- Own onboarding curriculum for new hires and bench redeployments
- Maintain Experience-Led, AI-Native hub materials and revise curriculum using delivery feedback
- Partner with communications teams to promote AI Transformation initiatives
- Report training milestones, certification progress, adoption wins and success stories
- Maintain consistent AI-native transformation messaging across regions and practices
- Own organizational training metrics and certification attainment reporting
- Align training with the AI Native Certification Challenge
- Track KPIs including certification attainment, time-to-productivity, training completion and adoption
Requirements
- Must reside in Ontario or Québec
- Fluent in English required for Québec-based candidates
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluent in AI-native ways of working
- Familiarity with SDLC and transforming it with AI
- Hands-on AI-Native fluency, including Spec-Driven Development, building agents and skills, and designing workflows that reduce time to deliver
- Experience designing training or curriculum at scale, including instructional design
- Familiarity with partner certification programs from Google, Microsoft, Anthropic and Databricks
- Experience measuring training effectiveness and tying learning metrics to business outcomes
- Facilitation skills for live cohort delivery
- Ability to build a function from scratch without an established playbook
- Understanding of the forward deployed engineering (FDE) model
- Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting
- AI Native certification is a nice-to-have, not required
