Responsibilities
Analyze the business processes of various units and define the functional requirements and specifications needed to implement effective solutions
Assist Product Owners in prioritizing development work and produce detailed user stories
Break work down into clear tasks for technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solutions
Write and execute rigorous functional test plans to ensure solution quality
Act as a facilitator, lead meetings, and promote communication
Support the team and clients during production incidents to ensure service continuity
Contribute to the design and evolution of applications and systems supporting critical municipal services in public safety and justice
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background in computer science or another relevant field
Four years of experience related to the position's responsibilities, primarily in IT business analysis
Knowledge of ERP configuration (an asset)
Knowledge of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) methodology (an asset)
