About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls from the earliest stages of development.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to automate security and audit-related processes.
- Implement tools and mechanisms to ensure continuous security monitoring of production environments and applications.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities and security issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Develop security policies and standards, and ensure their rigorous enforcement.
- Actively participate in raising awareness and training teams on security best practices and the DevSecOps approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent academic credential) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field
- 2 years of experience related to the responsibilities of the role
- Strong understanding of application, network, and cloud infrastructure security concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and deployment/configuration tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.
- Programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Terraform, etc.) for task automation
