- Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to support unique website features and requirements.
- Optimize website speed, SEO elements, and performance to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to implement visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, perform regular website audits, and ensure site security and stability.
- Manage and update plugins to maintain website functionality, security, and compatibility with the latest WordPress versions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest WordPress developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the website remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA or related Master’s field degree, with a focus on communications or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a solid understanding of responsive design.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
