• Construir y optimizar prompts y flujos conversacionales para mejorar la resolución y reducir el fallback a humano.
• Configurar integraciones con los sistemas del cliente (CRM, ticketing, APIs).
• Hacer troubleshooting autónomo de agentes en producción y resolver incidencias con criterio.
• Entender y leer las métricas de éxito del agente (success rate, contención, CSAT) y presentar datos al cliente.
• Gestionar la relación operativa directa con el cliente y contribuir a un TTV ágil en tus implementaciones.
• Documentar patrones reutilizables y compartir mejores prácticas con el resto del equipo FDE.
