Responsibilities
Coordinate critical grant administration activities and analyze data related to grantmaking
Manage and support special projects through all stages of WES’ grantmaking cycle operations
Support the administration of grants throughout the grant lifecycle
Develop and manage surveys to gather demographic, impact, and other data from grantee partners
Provide project management support to ensure successful implementation of special projects
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
2+ years of relevant professional experience coordinating administrative activities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong data management skills coupled with analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills
