About the role

Senior Dynamics 365 F&SCM architect designing and delivering finance and supply chain solutions for Western Computer, a Microsoft technology partner. Leading integrations, implementations, training, and customer advisory work.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions
Ensure solution integrity for implementation projects
Coordinate consultant and project teams
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design scalable, flexible, and secure architectures integrating with existing systems
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
Lead configuration, customization, integration, and deployment of F&SCM solutions
Coordinate timelines and address technical challenges during deployment
Oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Engage business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors
Conduct workshops, customer training sessions, and presentations
Contribute to best practices and presales activities
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve supply chain solutions

9+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM
Proven experience designing and implementing F&SCM solutions with multiple successful implementations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dynamics F&SCM Development certification preferred
Dynamics F&SCM functional training and/or certifications a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to present to technical, non-technical, and executive-level individuals
