About the role

Responsibilities
- Build the new ShareGate Migrate web application
- Deliver robust full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and UX standards
- Shape the team’s technical decisions, including libraries, patterns, and testing strategy
- Translate user needs into simple, well-designed experiences in collaboration with Product and Design
- Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely
- Anticipate technical risks and provide concrete solutions
- Raise the team’s technical bar through code reviews and mentoring
- Establish reusable technical patterns and support the development of a 100% web-based experience
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency in frontend development with React (TypeScript)
- Solid backend development experience with C# / .NET
- Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product context
- Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Experience using AI tools on a daily basis in software development
- Clear and direct communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge product decisions
- Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an asset
