About the role

  • Senior Executive Assistant supporting Wrapbook executives across Product, Engineering, and Legal. Driving priorities, calendars, projects, process improvements, and events for an AI production-finance platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the executives' priorities forward by anticipating needs, preparing them for important matters, and ensuring decisions and follow-ups progress
  • Own executive calendars and travel strategically, protecting focus time and resolving conflicts
  • Run end-to-end logistics for team meetings, including shaping agendas and documenting and sharing decisions and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-team projects, follow up with contributors, and keep deliverables on track
  • Identify inefficient or manual processes, redesign them, and implement improvements
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events for teams of various sizes
  • Take on ambiguous, high-stakes work and deliver polished outcomes
  • Support the Chief Product Officer, Senior VP of Engineering, and General Counsel at Wrapbook, an AI platform for production finance

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting C-Suite Executives
  • A track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational skills including time management, goal setting, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Experience organizing in-person events for 30+ people
  • Strong preference for experience supporting Engineering, Product and/or Design teams
  • Strong preference for experience working at a startup and/or tech
  • Strong preference for experience supporting a 100+ person function of the business
  • Strong preference for Pacific Time working hours
