About the role

AI Tutor training SpaceXAI’s Grok with Slovenian multilingual audio data. Annotating speech, recording voices, and localizing text to improve global voice interactions.

Responsibilities

Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and auditory experiences across languages, accents, and cultural contexts
Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs using proprietary software for multilingual audio projects
Translate and localize UI copy, prompts, responses, and other written content from English into Slovenian
Curate high-quality audio data representing linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent
Collaborate with technical staff to improve speech modulation, accent variation, noisy recordings, and multilingual audio processing
Improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows

Native proficiency in Slovenian with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations
English proficiency at minimum B2 level
Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recording
Strong auditory perception for speech, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality
Ability to handle multilingual audio content and evaluate speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and context
Ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying audio quality
Ability to translate and localize text accurately between English and Slovenian
Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages
Strong comprehension and independent judgment for ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
Commitment to developing sophisticated multilingual audio AI capabilities
Personal computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later, if working from a personal device
Must meet legal eligibility requirements; visa sponsorship is unavailable
Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, or professional voice work
