Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of a product used by millions globally
- Reimagine the reporting experience from a traditional engine to a sophisticated, AI-native approach
- Act as a founding leader in Vancouver, building a new engineering hub
- Define how data shows up for customers and create a robust foundation for transaction volumes
- Lead a diverse global team while growing two new teams in Vancouver
- Integrate efforts of specialised global teams for a unified reporting experience
- Develop technical standards for high-accuracy data systems
Requirements
- Deep expertise in leading large-scale data systems within environments where precision and accuracy are non-negotiable
- Experience building or modernising complex platforms
- Proven track record of hiring and growing high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in how data products manifest for the end-user
- Strategic mindset to navigate the transition from legacy systems to modern architecture
