Act as a founding leader in Vancouver, building a new engineering hub
Define how data shows up for customers and create a robust foundation for transaction volumes
Lead a diverse global team while growing two new teams in Vancouver
Integrate efforts of specialised global teams for a unified reporting experience
Develop technical standards for high-accuracy data systems

Deep expertise in leading large-scale data systems within environments where precision and accuracy are non-negotiable
Experience building or modernising complex platforms
Proven track record of hiring and growing high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment
