About the role

  • Chargé de livraison applicative chez Desjardins, coordonnant les livrables technologiques de projets de risque et de gestion de la fraude. Mobilisation des équipes TI, gestion des dépendances et résolution des obstacles en mode Agile.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small- to medium-sized projects involving Risk solutions, particularly fraud management
  • Assume responsibility for the application and technology components of the solutions
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master
  • Coordinate the various IT contributors required for delivery
  • Identify and mobilize the IT resources required to complete the work
  • Ensure their alignment with the delivery strategy and delivery teams
  • Plan deliverables for the application and technology components
  • Coordinate cost estimates while considering risks, dependencies, and other initiatives
  • Provide functional oversight of contributors involved in the fraud management stream
  • Ensure team performance and the quality of completed work
  • Identify the standards, methods, and procedures applicable to the project
  • Coordinate all deliverables in line with business objectives and priorities
  • Ensure compliance with costs, schedules, and commitments
  • Manage changes and coordinate work execution
  • Participate in the development and execution of the implementation strategy
  • Identify obstacles and take ownership of resolving them
  • Conduct risk and impact analyses and define mitigation strategies
  • Closely monitor delivery deadlines
  • Prepare progress status reports
  • Communicate risks and issues in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and IT teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline
  • Experience in application delivery and/or technology solution coordination
  • Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple teams and areas of expertise
  • Experience working in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to identify, mobilize, and coordinate various IT contributors
  • Experience planning and coordinating application and technology deliverables
  • Ability to coordinate cost estimates while considering complexity, dependencies, and other initiatives
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, issues, changes, and implementation strategies
  • Ability to provide functional oversight and ensure deliverable quality
  • Strong ability to resolve delivery obstacles and issues using a solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-mobilization skills
  • Ability to provide leadership to teams without necessarily having direct managerial authority
  • Candidates must reside in Canada
  • Availability to work from the Montreal office 2 days per week
  • Candidates must provide appropriate authorization to work in Canada
