About the role

Responsibilities
- Represent the needs and priorities of the Procurement business line
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze current processes and contribute to defining target processes
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with Process Owners, subject-matter experts, and users
- Perform gap analyses between requirements and proposed solutions
- Document processes, business rules, requirements, decisions, and trade-offs
- Analyze impacts on processes, data, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working
- Make recommendations and support decision-making
- Participate in the functional validation of solutions
- Define the scope and strategy for business testing
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, coordinate their execution, and track defects
- Validate fixes and contribute to deployment recommendations
- Participate in change management, communications, and training activities
- Prepare and update guides, procedures, and reference materials
- Assess team readiness before deployment
- Support users before, during, and after go-live
- Contribute to solution and process stabilization and monitor adoption
- Analyze, segment, and prioritize the supplier pool
- Plan and coordinate supplier onboarding waves
- Manage communications, invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Guide suppliers through registration and activation
- Track onboarding statuses and identify obstacles
- Coordinate issue resolution with the relevant teams
- Develop and track progress metrics
- Improve supplier-facing guides, communications, and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and SAP Business Network stakeholders
- Support Procurement teams in using SAP Ariba
- Identify and document pain points and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to process and solution stabilization
- Prioritize and validate fixes and enhancements
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and action items
- Produce progress reports and metrics for management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, Deployment Consultant, or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Experience with a business systems implementation or transformation project
- Experience across multiple project phases, including design, testing, change management, training, deployment, and user support
- Experience managing and supporting suppliers
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, validating requirements, documenting business processes, performing gap analyses, documenting business rules, and conducting impact analyses
- Ability to represent business-line needs to technology teams and implementation partners
- Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP Fieldglass, or a comparable solution
- Experience in large-scale environments
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Availability to work in Canada; the application form asks for the type of Canadian work permit
