About the role

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures that meet business needs and non-functional requirements
- Define target, transition, and integration architectures
- Produce architecture deliverables, including diagrams, workflows, interfaces, and documentation
- Understand business processes and translate them into technology solutions
- Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations
- Participate in modernization, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Design integrations between SAP, manufacturing systems, enterprise applications, and external partners
- Define data flows, interfaces, and integration models
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and traceability
- Incorporate constraints and dependencies related to SCADA and OT environments
- Participate in architecture reviews and governance processes
- Advise project teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards
- Participate in solution selection and vendor evaluation as part of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
- Act as a strategic and technical partner to business teams, IT teams, and vendors
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture
- At least 5 years of architecture experience in an SAP environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in digital transformation, application modernization, integration and data, and platform migration
- SAP experience in a manufacturing, production, supply chain, or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Experience with MES, WMS, CRM, TMS, EHS, HCM, or other specialized solutions
- Experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
- Knowledge of industrial automation solutions and operational technology (OT)
- Experience designing integration architectures using APIs, services, events, EDI, and integration platforms
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, and architecture best practices
- Experience with RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex architectures and technical concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills and influential leadership abilities
