About the role
- People Operations Coordinator improving onboarding and operational processes for Yodo1's People function. Supporting new joiners and optimizing systems with a focus on efficiency and AI leverage.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation of our People function at Yodo1 by improving our systems and processes
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring processes are clear, consistent, and up to date
- Review and update internal resources and onboarding documentation (e.g. Notion pages)
- Handle operational tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates, data filtering, and report collation
- Maintain accurate, well-organized People data and documentation
- Help optimize how we use AI, tools, and systems across People and Talent
Requirements
- Experience in a similar operational or administrative role, working closely with People teams
- Experience with, or an interest in, leveraging AI to improve efficiency in your work
- Comfort working across multiple tools and systems (e.g. Notion, ATS platforms)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
