About the role

  • Senior Project Manager leading enterprise ERP implementations for Zip’s AI procurement platform. Managing governance, integrations, testing, cutover, executive alignment, and post-launch Hypercare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide implementation projects from end to end
  • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle from Planning and Design through Configuration, Testing, Launch, and Hypercare
  • Establish, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, critical paths, and RAID logs
  • Coordinate customer champions, system administrators, business leads, and third-party implementation partners
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide strategic status updates to project sponsors and executives
  • Manage technical validation, SSO/SCIM identity provider setups, and third-party or custom ERP integration dependencies
  • Define testing entry and exit criteria, oversee SIT, and support UAT
  • Create cutover plans, production readiness checklists, data cleanups, and production sync strategies
  • Lead post-launch Hypercare, monitor adoption, resolve deployment friction, and transition ownership to Customer Success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide, ideally global, software deployments as a Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead
  • Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise financial, ERP, or P2P system implementations
  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, or Coupa
  • Proven experience with rigorous project management methodologies, corporate governance, change control, and risk mitigation
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise managing SIT/UAT testing cycles, data migration planning, cutover coordination, and post-launch Hypercare stabilization
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and proactive ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in the Toronto office 3 days per week
