About the role
- Banking client seeks Agile Coach for 1-year contract, onsite in Toronto 3 days/week. Must be in GTA, legally work in Canada, and have 7+ years Agile coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- The Agile Coach will provide hands-on support for planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery execution. They will identify risks, remove bottlenecks, improve team effectiveness, and develop/manage delivery roadmaps, define MVPs, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7 years of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or related experience. 6-7 years of proven experience coaching agile teams. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve team effectiveness. Experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps, defining MVPs, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-have: experience with complex transformation, digital, or customer journey initiatives; product delivery/management; banking/financial services; Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Workfront).
