About the role
- Oversee delivery of maintenance applications, refine Agile processes, manage dependencies, and coordinate releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and refined. Coordinate release activities, dependencies, and milestones across teams. Track project finances and allocations using Clarity or similar tools. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to leadership. Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, stakeholders, and other teams. Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards. Manage incoming project requests, dependencies, and release schedules. Support the setup and refinement of Agile workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in a technical environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools. Proficiency in sprint and Kanban management, backlog grooming, and release planning. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams. Experience managing project budgets, including financial tracking. Strong organizational and leadership skills in fast-paced settings. Nice to have: Scrum certification, banking or financial services industry experience, experience managing project budgets of approximately $1M, knowledge of SRE or application support environments.
