Temp short - term Receptionist role in Hamilton, ON on June 28 - 30, July 2 - 3. Pay $22/hr + 4% vacation.
About the role
- Support loan operations by preparing documentation and charging security/mortgages. Coordinate with a small team to meet quality and productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Charge security/mortgages accurately in support of loan processing. Complete loan programming activities to maintain workflow efficiency. Prepare letters for solicitors to engage for new security. Follow established processes to support timely, high-quality outputs. Participate in daily team meetings and communicate clearly with peers. Support pooled volume workflow to meet service level agreements. Work onsite primarily during training, then transition to a reduced onsite schedule.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach. Quick learning mindset with the ability to adapt to process requirements. Positive, dependable teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment. Good working understanding of Word and Excel. Ability to take ownership of work and consistently deliver on expectations. Strong attention to quality and productivity outcomes. Experience supporting loan or mortgage-related operational tasks (preferred).
