Responsibilities include: Sort and distribute incoming mail accurately to designated departments or individuals; Prepare outgoing mail, including postage and packaging, ensuring timeliness; Operate office hardware such as photocopiers, scanners, and mail processing equipment; Scan paper documents into digital formats, verifying accuracy and proper naming conventions; Manage physical and digital filing systems, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval; Support document digitization and filing processes in collaboration with business owners; Maintain inventory of mailing supplies and equipment, notifying management when replenishment is needed; Adhere to health and safety protocols, including barcode scanning procedures and safety measures in the branch; Follow privacy policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information; Provide regular updates to management regarding processing status and any issues encountered; Remain flexible to support various administrative tasks as business needs evolve.
Requirements
