About the role
- Technical BSA for AI Chatbot project in Capital Markets. Work with FX traders to gather requirements, design chatbot workflows, and ensure seamless implementation.
Responsibilities
- This position involves supporting a cutting-edge chatbot project within the Capital Markets domain, working closely with FX traders and pricing systems to enhance user engagement and process automation. Responsibilities include engaging with FX traders and Capital Markets stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, translating business needs into chatbot workflows and feature specifications, managing user stories and tracking progress using JIRA, developing and maintaining detailed documentation in Confluence covering chatbot behaviors and system integration points, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless chatbot implementation and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Rule-Based Systems (LLPs), and agentic AI design (hands-on experience not required). Familiarity with Foreign Exchange (FX) workflows and trading processes. Experience with conversational interfaces and user-facing trade execution platforms. Previous Business Systems Analyst experience in banking, FX, or capital markets environments. Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams and documentation. Nice to Have: Basic SQL knowledge, strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts, banking industry experience with AI and LLM knowledge, curiosity about data flows and AI model behavior, ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics during interviews.
