Responsibilities
This role supports Canada Operations by facilitating day-to-day execution of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle, including hands-on development, testing, review, and maintenance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and related BCM artifacts. The successful candidate will operate independently with minimal oversight, applying strong practical experience across BIA and BCP development, BCM testing, and lifecycle maintenance.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience, and or industry certification in operational risk or resilience. – 3–5 years of related experience with strong knowledge of business processes, dependencies, and operational risk concepts. – Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational and recovery information. – Ability to translate BCM standards and recovery concepts into practical, executable plans for non-technical audiences across the Canada Segment. Must-Have Skills- 1) Strong experience facilitating BIAs 2) BCM/Resilience testing experience 3) Experience coordinating alternate site/notification/simulation exercises 4) Demonstrated BCP development and enhancement work 5) Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
