About the role

  • Change Management Specialist for digital health transformation. Remote contractor role requiring 10+ years healthcare OCM experience, EHR implementation knowledge, and certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Change Management Specialist supporting digital health transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include organizational change management (OCM) in healthcare, conducting readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, change planning, healthcare business analysis, developing training and curriculum for clinical process changes, supporting EHR implementations (Altera Sunrise or similar), and implementing clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in organizational change management (OCM) in healthcare. Experience in readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis & change planning. Strong background in healthcare business analysis & stakeholder requirements. Experience developing training & curriculum for clinical process changes. Experience supporting EHR implementations (Altera Sunrise or similar). Experience implementing clinical plans across multiple healthcare organizations. Certifications: PMP, Prosci Change Management, ITIL Foundation.
