Responsibilities
- Role #1 Sales Operations Analyst: Prepare and structure data files for system uploads, validate pricing/payment data, upload or prepare files for Flintfox system, work with Sales Ops team to ensure pricing programs load correctly, troubleshoot failed data uploads. Role #2 Financial Analyst / Operations Finance Analyst: Build and maintain budget tracking files, manage financial reporting, analyze inventory levels and aging, track cycle count discrepancies, monitor inventory write-offs, validate invoices and transactions, support operational finance reporting. Role #3 Pricing Analyst – Tariff & Revenue: Analyze tariff charges per customer, compare what was billed vs what was paid, identify discrepancies, support tariff refund calculations, pull invoice-level data, support regulatory or financial reporting.
Requirements
- Role #1: Advanced Excel, data formatting, data validation, experience with pricing or ERP systems, attention to detail. Role #2: Excel, finance/accounting knowledge, data analysis, inventory reporting, ERP systems. Role #3: Strong Excel, data reconciliation, invoice analysis, financial data review, attention to detail.
