The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) supports the organization in navigating the complexities of digital transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our approach and execution are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with our strategic goals. The DBA will help us leverage digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, drive adoption, and enhance customer experience—ultimately contributing to customer retention and sales growth through omnichannel strategies. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital business analysis, preferably in eCommerce or B2B environments. Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with digital tools, data visualization software, and BI platforms. Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement. Creative and structured approach to solving business challenges.
