Responsibilities
- Translate product strategies into actionable requirements and user stories. Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams. Support Agile ceremonies and ensure clarity for development teams. Analyze business processes and propose improvements that deliver real value.
Requirements
- 10+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments. 5+ years in Agile practices, user story writing, and backlog management. Strong experience with customer journey mapping, story mapping, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Wealth Management experience; Broadridge exposure is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
